A 5-minute walk from the ski trails, this three-bedroom condo in the popular Winterplace development can be your vacation abode, where you'll be surrounded by the beauties of Okemo Mountain Resort.

Shed your gear in the spacious entry hall and step inside to be greeted by a large kitchen with new cabinets and new stainless steel appliances. There's space to dine at both the breakfast bar and the dining room table, an inviting living room with a wood-burning fireplace, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms for your comfort.

With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Okemo Weekend

We had a fabulous family weekend at this property. Very convenient to the slope and had everything we needed. Lots of space for our family of five to unwind after a great day on the mountain. We’d definitely stay again.

Mid week ski trip

Great property. Everything was clean and worked properly. A short 4 minutes walk in ski boots to Mountain Road trail down to Sunburst Six lift. We would stay here again, for sure.

Very Adequate

Overall, the place was adequate and just like described on the website. Pros: -Close to the trail. It was closer than I thought it would be -Had everything I needed -Was clean Cons: -Check-in process was horrible. The door code didn't work on check-in and never worked. We had to use the backup lockbox the entire time. Tried to contact someone from Vacasa and never got a human on the phone and no one ever fixed the door code issue. -The door is supposed to open at 4:00 sharp (which didn't happen), so don't show up a min early. -The beds, specifically the bunk bed, was about to fall apart and was not very sturdy. -Could have used more seating -Far, uphill walk to the pool The cons are meant for FYIs of the people who stay here in the future. We had a blast, even though the conditions weren't great and would actually stay here again. Probably would bring an alan wrench to tighten the bunch bed.

Lovely convenient condo!

We had a great time at this condo. Just a few minute walk to the trails. The keypad didn’t work so make sure to ask for the key lockbox code but otherwise our stay was amazing. Will definitely be back!
