3 rooms, upper floor + pointed floor balcony - south facing (furnished) approx. 59 square meters The apartment No. 4 offers everything you need for a nice, relaxing holiday. Cable flat-screen TV with radio, DVD / CD player, Wi-Fi, safe, outdoor shutters and mostly underfloor heating. In the new kitchen you have a dishwasher, microwave / grill, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine etc. Here cooking makes fun even on vacation. A small bedroom with 2 single beds is upstairs. A second bedroom with box spring double bed is located in the loft / gallery. New box spring beds since March 2018 in both bedrooms. A modern shower room / WC completes the apartment. New living room furniture 2018. Have a leisurely breakfast on your south-facing balcony or enjoy the evening sun after an eventful day on the beautiful island.

The Frisian-style house Amselweg 13 in Westerland on the island of Sylt offers the best conditions for your successful Sylt holiday. Our apartments were rated by the DTV with 4 stars. It is nice that the house is located in a quiet cul de sac and yet the beach and center with many great shops and restaurants are within walking distance. A bakery with a small cafe is located in the immediate vicinity, as is the bus stop at the beginning of Amselweges. The visit of the nearby south woods is also worthwhile. Rooms and equipment: The tastefully and comfortably designed Sylter apartments, u. a. with flat screen cable TV, DVD / CD player, W-Lan, safe have a south-facing balcony. In the open kitchens, equipped u. a. with dishwasher, microwave / grill, fridge with freezer compartment and 4 ring ceramic hob, cooking becomes a pleasure. Most of the underfloor heating ensures comfort even on cool days. Modern bathrooms complete the offer of our comfortable domiciles. Each apartment has a free, numbered parking space. Other information: Please contact us if you want to bring your pet. In some apartments pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed in our apartments. The local tax (guest card) will be charged separately.
