Sauberkeit und Ausstattung unteres Niveau

Lage und Quadratmeter waren für uns sehr gut. Auch die Terrasse haben wir gern genutzt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Mikrowelle/Kaffeemaschine vergilbt . Staubsauger ist museumsreif ( und eklig) ebenso der Besen. Der Duschkopf hat unkontrolliert Wasser abgegeben. Mobiliar zum Teil alt . Matratze, Decken und Kissen durchgelegen . Das Hallenbad durften wir nicht nutzen. Wurden darüber aber nicht informiert , erst auf Nachfrage unsererseits. Im kleinen Wintergarten stand bei unserer Anreise in einer Ecke das Wasser.( wurde der Vermietungsagentur gemeldet, es gab keine Rückmeldung ) . Zwei elektrische Rollläden im Wohnbereich haben nicht funktioniert. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war sehr oberflächlich. In den Ecken waren Staubfäden, Türen, Sockelleisten, Küchenfronten schmutzig. Auf Sylt ist das wohl alles so machbar und wahrscheinlich Standard…. Zum Glück macht das Meer und die Natur Sylts manchen Frust wett. Wir werden diese Wohnung nicht mehr mieten.

Kleines Appartement mit Terrasse

Das Appartment bietet eigentlich alles was man braucht. Es hat eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile einen Wintergarten, sowie eine kleine Terrasse. Alles war sauber und der Strand in ca 800m zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Einzig die ausziehbare Couch würde ich nicht mehr empfehlen Diese war als Bett nicht tauglich. Ansonsten alles prima.
