Or you can easily continue on The Boardwalk to the Balboa Fun Zone and the Balboa Pier. If you want to see the World Famous Wedge bodysurfing beach, you can continue all the way to the end of The Boardwalk - all the while enjoying the gorgeous beach and ocean views.

A newly furnished 3rd floor balcony deck off the great room offers you a nice vista making it a perfect place from which to enjoy ocean views and experience the ocean breezes as part of your indoor/outdoor seaside vacation experience.

On the first floor of this wonderfully designed 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 1,632 square foot home there is a bonus room with a flat screen TV and a queen fold out couch allowing this home to comfortably sleep 8 in beds.

The 2nd floor features a Cal-King master bedroom, has slider access to the balcony, a ceiling fan, and a large flat screen TV. It also has an en-suite bath with large walk in shower.

The 1st guest bedroom, also on the second floor has 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV. A 2nd guest bedroom, also on the 2nd floor has Double size bunk beds with a flat screenTV. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms - one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a large walk-in shower. All bed and bathrooms are outfitted with premiere linens to ensure your every comfort.

Go on up to the 3rd floor where there is a light, bright great room with lot's of windows and beach chic furnishings and amenities. This living room area features a large flat screen TV, and lot's of comfortable seating both inside and out on the balcony with a bar to enjoy the sights and sounds of Newport Beach.

Add a modern well-laid our kitchen with everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires and a dining area for 6-9 and find yourself feeling nourished in many ways in this comfortable communal space.

Great Location! Clean and beautiful view!
We love this place! Close to all our favorite restaurants and the beach. Beds are very comfortable. Lots of room for 8 people. Plenty of sand toys for the kids and even a wagon to carry everything in! We will definitely be back!

Good location but the property was not as it was pictured. The couches and rugs need to be cleaned and the garage door was broken. We had to lift it manually. We asked for an early checkin but was not able to get in until exactly 4:00 pm. Some more amenities would be nice. Soap dishes, mirrors, lighting.

The property was in a good location but had a few problems with check in. The garage door was broken so we had to lift it manually. The place was cleaned but furniture and rugs could use a good cleaning. They also need more amenities. Mirrors, soap dishes, lights. Hard to get a hold of management company too.
