Unwind into vacation mode in the well-appointed living room, which features a TV for entertainment. Whip up favorite recipes in the full kitchen, then dine together at the adjacent table. Rest comfortably on a king bed in the bedroom, which also has a large TV and a ceiling fan. A full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Premiere linens are provided for ultimate comfort. Due to the moderate coastal climate, this condo (like most in the area) does not have air-conditioning.

This property is located in an oceanfront complex with multiple vacation rentals. All spaces within the complex, such as the grill, patios, and laundry area, are communal.

Right next to The Museum of Contemporary Art, you'll be between Windansea and La Jolla Cove Beaches - with abundant sea life between. great location - safe. Sink blocked in bathroom and no instructions for TV so never watched it. Even my kids couldn't get it to work - need instructions and quicker response. I used my computer so didn't matter too much. otherwise all good - remind people to lock front gate. Thanks much!

Location is great but had lots of issues with apartment itself

If you want to be within walking distance of La Jolla Cove, downtown etc and you are on a budget, you might want to stay here. The bed is comfortable. There is a full kitchen. However, we had several issues and tried to communicate with Vacasa staff but never got them resolved. First, they sent us a nice "Welcome is the apartment clean" message, and when we arrived to find a dead cockroach in the living room, I messaged them back to say, no, it is not, there is a dead cockroach on the living room floor. They sent me several messages along the lines of "we are so sorry, let us look into it" but that was it. I also messaged them that the dishes were not clean (still had food dried on them) and the overhead lights in the bedroom were burned out. I asked for new bulbs to be put in. I never heard a thing back. So, I would not recommend this apartment based on very poor communication and lack of cleanliness.

Amazing location! View & proximity to amenities is top notch. Bed was fairly comfortable. Floors & many items were dusty though. There was no A/C or heater, but fans & space heater were perfect substitutes. Unit is on the 3rd floor, so there are plenty stairs; some of the railings weren't quite secure however. Dishes seem to be a mix from different sets. So although there was plenty, some things are missing (i.e. only 1 wine glass). Also, plenty of cooking utensils. Could have used an extra set of towels since we stayed an entire week. Street parking is a breeze, out-of-towners should just be aware of the 2 hour limit! Will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Good location, bad place

Half of the switches and outlets did not work. The extra pillows and blankets in the closet had blood and hair all over them. The couch looked like it was a $150 Walmart couch. The shower curtain had blood and red mold on it. The tv did not work and I asked for them to fix it on day 1 and they said someone would be in contact, I was there for 5 days and no one came by or contacted me. Kitchen sink faucet had a constant leak that was never fixed.

Great location!

Great spot to be in La Jolla, halfway between all the downtown has to offer and the beautiful ocean! Loved my morning walks straight from the condo to the oceanside path! No A/C, which got a little warm since I was there Aug/Sep, but that was disclosed and I expected that. Noise does travel through the building, so keep that in mind if you’re like me and bringing a pet since it’s dog friendly. I had to get a dog sitter a lot because my pup barks when I leave her alone.
