LIVING AREA

Locally inspired decor and a gas fireplace create an upscale alpine aesthetic in the living area. Relax on the plush sleeper sofa or love seat and watch favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Large windows provide lovely views and an abundance of natural light.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find stainless steel appliances and an array of helpful gadgets in the kitchen. As dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar for three.

When you’re ready to eat, you’ll find a table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

This single-level condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, appointed with a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a deep jetted bathtub.

The second bedroom is furnished with a twin trundle. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the balcony, furnished with two armchairs. Take in pleasant views of the pristine community landscaping as burgers sizzle on the gas grill.

Located one block from the Alpine Club, it’s a short walk from your rental to the heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Other amenities at the Alpine Club include a luxe fitness center, spa services, and access to the resort restaurant.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for one car in the community garage. An additional overnight parking pass for access to the outdoor lot will be available on request.

This rental is located on the second floor. An elevator is available.

The condo does not have air-conditioning.

THE LOCATION

Located 500’ from home, it’s a 2-minute walk to the Arrow Bahn Express. Hit the slopes at Beaver Creek or drive 11 miles to find even more terrain at Vail.

During warmer months, golfers will appreciate being just 0.2 miles from Country Club of the Rockies. Travel 3 miles to Harry A. Nottingham park for a relaxing beach day by the water.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
