Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

1)Couldn't access code to enter unit. It's a 10 digit #, kept spinning, had to call after hour person, he changed code. Was able to enter door into rear porch. Never could enter the access code to the door to the unit. It stayed locked, instead we were able to get in thru sliding door of a bedroom. Very inconvenient. You need an easier code.2) beds were not made in the room with twin beds, bare mattress with quilt3)tv in bedroom never worked, bedside lamp didn't work. There was an extension cord behind the lamp with a bare night light bulb plugged in4)floors filthy, socks and feet bottoms black5)globe on livingroom floor lamp was intact but cracked6)no ice maker in freezer7)starter amenities an insult, not even sample size, soap size of a marble, 6 paper towels. 8) vrbo should clearly state the booking fee, I was not aware until the charge appeared.

Vacasa poor manager for property

One bedroom not cleaned at all . Garbage under furniture. Reported to Vacasa and 3 hours later still no cleaning people . Got to pay for a cleaning service that never cleaned . I had to do it myself. Electrical outlet at the head of my 3 year old grandson’s bed had no cover on it. Called Vacasa again and was told they would come the next day or I could go out and buy my own cover and submit the receipt for reimbursement. Thanks for a bunch of nothing! Great way to start my vacation. Cleaning and fixing electrical problems so my grandson didn’t put a toy in the outlet and get shocked. Will not rent again if Vacasa is involved.

Great getaway place for a week.

The view of the ocean and the bayside was amazing. Highly recommend it. Had some issues with cleanliness of the property when we first checked in, but it had everything to do with the cleaning company and not the unit itself. Management was responsive and quick to resolve the issue.
