As you enter this immaculate home, you are greeted with warm coastal vibes and an open concept floor plan with luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. The spacious living area features AMAZING gulf views, a cozy electric fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and smart tv. The sleek and modern kitchen with a breakfast bar features quartz countertops, a breakfast bar, and all the essentials for a home-cooked meal. The dining area seats 6 plus 2 additional seats at the adjacent bar and has plenty of room to enjoy meals after a long day of play at the beach. Outside the sliding glass doors is the spacious gulf front deck where a part is covered and the other open, with dining space and high Adirondacks to maximize the views. Conveniently located on this level is a half bath.
Traveling upstairs you will find two guest bedrooms both featuring a private bathroom, queen bed, and tv. One bedroom has private access to direct views of the Gulf of Mexico. The other bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the community pond. The washer/dryer is centrally located between the bedrooms.
As you make your way to the third floor, you will find the gulf front, private master suite. The master suite features a private Gulf front balcony, king bed, tv, and desk area. The custom master bathroom is a dream come true with a custom shower, soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in closet. This is the perfect place to escape after a fun day in the sun!
Other great features include a toaster, blender, crock pot, covered parking, outdoor shower, and gas grill.
Some of our properties typically have beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.) on site. However, there is no guarantee as these items tend to come and go throughout the year.
When you are ready to venture out, enjoy shopping, galleries, entertainment, and restaurants in the quaint downtown of Port St. Joe located about 20 minutes away. Visit the historic lighthouse, ride horseback on the beach or take the ferry over to St. Vincent Island for the day! Don't forget, there are plenty of fishing charters for you to take a trip out on the water and hopefully catch your dinner for the night. Right outside of Barrier Dunes, string up your laces or jump on a bike and enjoy an 18-mile paved trail. About 25 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There are so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

This home comes with everything you need! All bed and bath linens are supplied as well as all cookware/dinnerware/glassware in the kitchen. We also provide an initial supply of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap, bath soap, laundry detergent, fabric softener, and dishwasher detergent.
The minimum age limit to rent this home is 25 years old.
A SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING.
This property is not pet-friendly and is an animal free zone. If you bring a pet to this home, an automatic charge of $500 will be imposed and/or you will be asked to vacate the home immediately. PLEASE NOTE THAT OWNER BRINGS A CAT TO THIS HOME DURING VISITS.
3-7 nights minimum. During Spring and Summer, this home has a 7-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturday only.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We strongly encourage our guests to purchase optional travel insurance to protect their vacation investment. All reservations include an administrative fee of $35 (plus taxes) upon booking which is non-refundable in the event of reservation cancellation. Credit card processing fees will be charged upon cancellation which is equal to 3.25% of all payments made.
Reservations canceled at least 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled between 30 to 60 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund, minus cancellation fees. Reservations canceled less than 30 days before the check-in date will result in forfeiture of the full advance rental payments and any other payments.
