The exclusive Villa Maria (built in 1897, fully refurbished 2007) in Koserow is about 3 minutes walk from the beach and the pier. The house has 10 apartments with superior fittings. Each apartment has internet wifi. Centrally located in the residential complex are available a washer and dryer with coin counter for you. A confectionery and bakery with breakfast is about 5 minutes walk away. - Long term vacationers are also welcome in the months of November to March! We would be happy to make you an offer with favorable special rates. - The island of Usedom and the nearby town of Wolgast await you with numerous recreational activities. It is possible to rent bicycles or boats, play mini-golf or tennis, bowl / bowl, have a massage, ride in Trassenheide or enjoy kitesurfing and surfing in Ückeritz. In Zinnowitz there is a swimming pool. You can also go jet skiing in Zinnowitz or go to the solarium. If you feel like playing golf, Balm on the backwaters is in good hands. Paragliders can z.
