Keine "liebevoll renovierte Wohnung"; IHK-Stadarts fehlen

Verwaltung eher kulant und trotz Problemen schnell am Telefon, um zu helfen. Etwas ungünstig, dass man den Zimmerschlüssel in einem anderen Ort abgeholt werden muss. Raum: Ist eher winzig, man schläft in der Küche! Kleiderschrank: besaß keine benutzbaren Regalteile (im nachhinein 5% Nachlass erwirkt). Auf dem Flur des schönen Hauses stehen ständig 2 Besen und ein Staubsauger, das muss nicht sein! Bad: Wasserhahn ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Betten: 2 verschiedenen hohe Matratzen. Eine davon liegt absolut durch Gardinen: Befestigung fehlt oder ist locker! Von liebevoll renoviert ist in der Wohnung nichts zu sehen, es fehlen nette Accessoires: zB.: große leere Fläche über dem Bett? Alles in allem fehlt eine liebe Hand, die sich hier um alles kümmert. Man verdient lieber Geld! Einrichtung und Preis entspricht nicht IHK-Standart!

Schöne Fotos, nix dahinter

Der erhobene Preis für diese Unterkunft ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Küchenausstattung besteht nicht nur aus teilweise zusammengewürfeltem Sammelsurium an Teilen, außerdem scheinen diese wohl noch aus den 80iger Jahren zu stammen. U.a. Dosenöffner, Flaschenöffner, etc. müsste der Vermieter sich mal selbst anschauen, derart vergammelt und verrostet zwingt dringend zur Vernichtung. Alle Mieter sind mit Fahrrädern angereist, aber wohin damit?? Es bringt nichts, den Zugang zu einer abschließbaren Garage zu ermöglichen, wenn diese bereits voll ist. Hier sollte der Vermieter mal dringend an seine Gäste denken und von der privaten Nutzung Abstand nehmen. Fazit: gut gemachte Fotos und schöne Beschreibungen der Villa Daheim spiegeln nicht das, was einen dort erwartet. MfG K.-P. N.
