Fabulous and excellent location!

We loved this house! Excellent location near Rosemary Beach just off of 30A. Biked to the beach in 4 short minutes every day! Beds very comfy and had its own boat dock and kayaks. Had dinner at Amici- pizzas were delicious! We hope to come back soon!

Fantastic place on 30A!

We had a blast! The home was well furnished and everything worked great. We were afraid we wouldn't have pots/pans/dishware but it was well stocked with everything we needed (we love to cook so that was important for us). The location is fantastic, it's on a dune lake just a brief walk from 30A. The dock is in great shape and well lit at night, the balconies were a great place to relax, and there's also a nook in the house with two cozy seats with incredible views. The dining room table was large enough for everyone to eat together which we loved. We brought some of our own bikes but didn't have quite enough for everyone, so we were happy to see the bikes that came with the house -- they were in great shape and we never had any issues! The amenities all worked well and the home was in a quiet area (with no neighbors to one side - very private!). We loved the large yard, and the flexibility to park six cars was a major bonus. Thank you for sharing your house with our family, it was lovely!
