Our appealing apartment is located in the attic of a small apartment house, has a west-facing balcony and is located in a quiet location (500 m) the pier and near the beach (450 meters) right in the heart of the seaside resort Graal-Müritz, yet quiet and off the main road.

It is equipped with a complete kitchen including stove with oven, extractor, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and various accessories (dishes, pots, glasses, cutlery) and is completed with a dining table and 4 chairs. Clear You can relax on the balcony or use the service of the Pension Waldner in 80 meters nearby for breakfast or meals. The living and sleeping area you will find a double bed, a couch, a wardrobe and a sideboard with satellite TV and seating area. �� A large bathroom with shower / WC as well as a washing machine and a small storage room are also included. Your holiday home belongs to a built in 2002 Mediterranean condominium behind the town hall of Graal-Müritz. It is embedded in various houses in a small condominium and of course all year round, so with heating, in the bathroom with underfloor heating. Bed linen and towels are not available, but you have the option to book bed linen. Towels are to be brought.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
