Color Me Kiawah is an exceptional 5 bedroom, 4.75 bathroom home nestled among a canopy of live oaks with 5,228 sq feet of high-end designer interiors, extensive outdoor living spaces, a private pool and spa and sweeping marsh and tidal creek vistas. Bike to the beach through the Ocean Course access in just 7 minutes!

This peaceful and private Kiawah vacation home was designed for casual living and entertaining and is warm and inviting, yet spacious and deluxe in every regard, offering guests a truly relaxing and luxurious vacation and an enhanced guest experience. The expansive deck offers outdoor seating and a built-in grilling station for a lovely BBQ lunch or dinner. This home accommodates up to 10 guests in style and comfort.

The entrance is open from the top of the stone steps and out over the infinity edge pool to the marsh. It divides the main living quarters with 2 guest rooms to the right and 2 guest rooms to the left. A charming, spiral staircase connects them on the interior.

The main house offers two guest rooms on the first floor- one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds and a flat screen TV. A shared bathroom with a walk-in steam shower separates the two bedrooms. Continue upstairs to the main living space with an open gourmet kitchen, large butler’s pantry, dining table to seat 10 and spacious living room with panoramic views of the marsh and tidal creeks. Guests will enjoy effortless access to the screened porch and open balcony off the kitchen and living areas. Beyond the living room is a private study for those needing to work from the beach or kick back and enjoy one of the many great books offered by the owners. Across the hall, a media room is available for guests to feature a favorite movie or TV show. A half bath serves these 2 additional rooms.

The third level of the home is the height of the home and allows an ocean glimpse from the front “tower”. The third level houses the entire master suite! It includes a private sitting area, king bed with luxury linens, TV and spacious master bath with his & her vanities, walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub offering forever views. A private balcony welcomes warm breezes for year round enjoyment. There is elevator access from the garage level of the main house to the third floor master suite. The connecting guest house has 2 guest bedrooms with a small sitting area offering a new flat screen TV. Each bedroom has a queen bed and corresponding private bath.

You’re perfectly placed to enjoy the best of Kiawah Island’s championship golf only minutes away (Osprey Point Golf Course, Peter Dye’s Ocean Course, Turtle Point or Cougar Point Golf Course) and a short bike ride from the top attractions of East Beach Village including Night Heron Park, Kiawah Nature Center, the Roy Barth Tennis Center, and luxury dining and shopping at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort.
