The Space--The one story, Charbonneau Cottage home features a cozy living room, kitchen, spacious dining room, three bedrooms, and a garage. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and basic cookware, making preparing meals at home during your stay an easy option. Our home features three bedrooms with the primary bedroom featuring a king sized bed, spacious closet, and en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combo. Bedroom two features two twin sized beds and the third bedroom features a queen size bed. The hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combo as well. Please note the the left knob is cold, while the right is hot. Both bathrooms include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup removing wipes and one set fresh linens for every guest.

No Events! No Parties! No Unapproved Guests! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund.

For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, (bar mop towels in lieu of paper towels, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of stores nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.

Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect (think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.

1. Make sure all garbage is placed in the exterior receptacle. Please do not bag recyclables.
2. Please place all used towels are placed in the washing machine and begin using hot water and provided detergent.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

Guest Access--Guests have complete and exclusive access to this three bedroom two bathroom home minus the hallway and dining room closet. The Yale lock is located on the front door. You will enter through the front door and use your access code to enter the property. The driveway offers enough room for three vehicles. We do not offer cable. All televisions are for streaming so don't forget to bring logins for your streaming subscriptions.

The Neighborhood--This lovely home is located in a cul-de-sac in a large and quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. We do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm. Please be respectful to all neighbors.

Check-ins later than 9 PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 Pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.o

Getting Around:
Getting Around--This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville. With easy access onto I-295 and All American, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg and Cape Fear Valley Medical Center are only 20 minutes away! The home is located minutes from I-295 and only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on Skibo Road.
