## Interaction

I live in Antibes, 15 minutes from this accommodation.
. Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile, to give you the arrival instructions, please make sure that we can reach this number
. We will be available by phone or Whats App from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and by message on the platform until 9:00 pm

The keys will be handed over in person during the agency's opening hours from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.; A presentation of the apartment will be made on site so that your installation goes as smoothly as possible and I can even give you addresses and the good deals of the moment!
Outside the agency's opening hours you will have to contact us to follow our instructions, please note that late arrivals will be charged.

## Notes

Other remarks
Any arrival between 20:00 and 23:00 will be increased by an additional flat rate of 50€ (please note that we do not hand over the key after 23:00)
Departures will be at 10:00 am. However, we can arrange a departure between 9:30 and 11:00 depending on our availability. (Please note that we do not take back the key before 9:30 am)
Late check-outs between 11:00 and 12:00 will be charged 20€.
The collection of the tourist tax will be carried out on site before the keys are handed over unless it has already been paid online at the time of booking. (Amount of the tourist tax: 4€ per person per day)
A deposit of €500 will be required for any reservation via the Swikly application.
Subscribing to a holiday liability insurance covering your stay is your responsibility, failure to comply with this formality will result in the liability of the tenant in the event of a claim and could not be in any way the fault of the property manager.
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional 30€ will be taken from your deposit or paid on site.
. Please take down your rubbish before your final departure from the accommodation, otherwise you will accept that an additional 30€ will be deducted from your deposit or paid on site.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 200€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. A set of bed linen and towels will be provided for your arrival at on the basis of one kit per bed per stay. If you would like an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 40€
. Travel cot or high chair available on request for an additional fee per stay of €25 per item to be paid on site (without bed linen)
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival. The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption.
. Only one set of keys will be provided

. The cleaning fee corresponds to the clean-up of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you would like an additional cleaning please contact us in advance, we will charge this cleaning extra
. In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:30 am and 6:00 pm
. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the people mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 100€ per additional traveler per day.
. The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out in good faith and without disturbance to the neighborhood
. LUGGAGE STORAGE: if necessary for luggage storage, use our partner Buddi bags

. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are travelling with children, have a stroller or car seat delivered directly to the apartment, to the airport or to the SNCF train station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip to be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
