It’s all about location

Loved the location!! And set up/size was perfect. However cleanliness and upkeep was not up to standards that I’ve experienced at other units within Osprey @ Waterscapes previously.

August 2022 stay

Location only. Place was dirty. No binder for information for the place. Check in instructions was really confusing. Checkout instructions wasn’t provided. Parking pass wasn’t provided. No info on where swimming pool

Nice location

Nice walks to the downtown area. Carpet was very stained which wasn't shown in the pictures. The lock box was difficult to locate despite the long explanation in the email. No parking pass was available. Called for assistance and they suggested to write a note and place on the dash. No paper or pen that we found. They said they'd call the next day to resolve the issue. No call received. After a long day of travel the arrival was stressful due to trying to get in and trying not to have our rental vehicle towed. Beds were clean and access to washer/dryer was nice.

Clean,spacious and right by the water.stayed here for a concert,it was the perfect place for my friends and I.it was super cozy and everything was within walking distance.
