This 155 m² two-story villa boasts a lush 1,030 m² garden with a private staircase leading directly to the beach and the bay.

In the heart of the authentic village of Canon, it offers a unique living environment.
Local shops are less than a 5-minute walk away (butcher, Chez Pascal bakery, Casino Shop, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, etc.), as well as the famous oyster shacks where you can enjoy oysters and white wine overlooking the bay.

The ocean is less than 10 minutes away by bike. Piraillan Market is just a 5-minute walk away, as are the Canon Jetty and the Piraillan Reservoirs, true havens of nature for strolling and observing birds and the changing landscapes.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with a television opening onto a southeast-facing terrace offering exceptional views of the bay, a rustic kitchen and utility room, and a separate toilet.
