This lovely 65 m² holiday home, located in a quiet and secure residence, is perfect for a family or friends’ getaway, just a few minutes from the beaches of Vias.

The ground floor includes a bright living room with a sofa bed (140x200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, oven, microwave, coffee maker…) and a bathroom with a shower. A bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm) completes the main level, offering optimal comfort.

Upstairs, a second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) comfortably accommodates additional guests.

Outside, enjoy a spacious 60 m² garden-terrace fully equipped with a barbecue, sun loungers, parasol, dining table… everything you need to enjoy the Mediterranean climate in a relaxing setting.

A private parking space is available just in front of the entrance gate.

##Interaction
Vias offers 5 km of fine sandy beaches, traditional markets, and beautiful nature to explore by bike or on foot. It’s a perfect family destination, with many cultural and sporting activities: Canal du Midi walks, village visits, Europark amusement park, water sports, and wine tastings with local winemakers…

The beaches are easily accessible by bike (2.5 km) or by car, with on-site parking.

The house is located in a private, fully enclosed and secure residence. The environment is peaceful and ideal for relaxation.

##Transit
Train: Vias station (1 km) or Agde (5 km), with TER and TGV connections.

Airport: Béziers-Cap d’Agde, only 5 km away.

Bus: Hérault Transport network, with regular lines serving Vias.

##Notes
In July and August, rentals are from Sunday to Sunday only.

A security deposit of €300 is required upon arrival.

Bed linen and towels are not provided – rental kits available for €10 per person.

Outside the summer season, end-of-stay cleaning is optional: €84 (incl. VAT) if desired.

Cleaning is mandatory in July and August – payment on site if not included in the booking.

Youth groups are not accepted.

Pets are welcome with an additional fee of €40 per stay.
