This 1,350 square foot 3/BR, 2/BA condo boast all the amenities and has been remodeled to include new stainless kitchen appliances and counter tops.
The master bedroom has a king bed with two nightstands, plus a dresser, mirror and side chair. There is a wall-mounted TV and a VCR. The master bath has a convenient shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed with a dresser and nightstand. The third bedroom has a double bed with a flat screen TV.

There are upgraded countertops in the kitchen with all the appliances needed for a pleasurable stay. A wood, metal and glass dining table seats 4. Kitchen and dining is open to the living area where there is plenty of room for all to relax and watch TV on the flat screen with media center, DVD and VCR.
Phoenix I has a new registration system for parking passes. The Property Manager will register your reservation and then you will receive an email to complete registration and pay for parking. You will be sent an email with a barcode to provide upon your arrival at Phoenix I in order to retrieve your parking passes.

February - March 2024 stay on the shore of the Gulf

This place looks nice online. When we arrived there was pubic hair on the bathroom floor, the microwave didn’t work, the carpet looks absolutely filthy…it looks like someone placed it in a baseball field and then rolled it in a pig Sty. You can’t even tell the original color of it. The microwave was replaced quickly and the pubic hair was cleaned quickly as well as soon as the complaint was filed. Our blinds wouldn’t shut during our stay so I contacted maintenance about that and had no response. Not a very comfortable feeling knowing all the neighbors can see me feed my baby in the evening because the blinds won’t shut. I eventually YouTubed how to fix them myself. I payed a pretty penny for this place and overall was disappointed. I will not be staying here again and recommend you find another place if you are considering staying at one of the Phoenixes.

Fantastic vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo needs some updates like kitchen and bathroom cabinets but overall in good condition and super clean. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Water was always hot and had great pressure. The location was perfect.. walk right out to white powder sand.. and to many great restaurants. All of the staff on site were very pleasant and helpful. The elevators are very dated but they are being replaced this month from what i was told. I would highly recommend booking through sunset properties. All the staff who i spoke with during the process of booking my trip were excellent. The entire process was effortless. Thank you..

It as ok

We will not be staying here again. When we arrived before closing time there was no one at the front desk to get our parking passes or armbands. We had trouble finding our room as it wasn’t on the floor that you would expect with the room number. We had to go to a different building for parking passes and armbands and were told if we didn’t, we could get fined for not having the pass on our windshield and they would not comp. The TV in the living room lost signal without assistance provided to fix it. The building needs repairs and upgrades which aren’t being done. The fitness code stopped working the first day into our trip and we were told they would report to maintenance without any idea when it would work again and it didn’t. “You can go to the next building” was the response we received. It was well below our normal experience with many trips to Orange Beach. The rental company managing is also below expectations without helpful responses overall. We made the most of our trip but we will not be staying here again.
