This duplex apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living room opening onto a terrace.
You can enjoy your meals in a relaxing setting: the view is beautiful, with water and greenery all around.
Upstairs, you have two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the second with two twin beds, a bathroom, and two toilets, one on each level.

A large parking lot is available for tenants behind the residence (unnumbered spaces).

As part of your rental, you will have access to:

An aquatic area with two pools, a 25m lap pool, a 15m pool where you can practice aquagym and aquabiking during the summer season, and finally, a water play area for the little ones. The swimming pool is open from mid-April to mid-October. It is free for all our guests upon presentation of a card that we will give you upon arrival.

Various sports fields: multi-sports field, basketball court, tennis courts, pétanque courts, and a half-sized grass soccer field.

And for fitness or more physical exercise, an outdoor fitness area is available.
