We have lovingly renovated the house.
The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished, everything important is available.
Coffee machine, microwave, fridge / freezer, mixer - for smoothies, dishes, cutlery, washing machine and dryer etc.
Towels, bed linen and sheets are provided, beach towels must be brought.
A barbecue is available for grilling so that you can review the day in the evening.
The pickup in front of the house is unfortunately not for rent!

We love getting away in the winter to warmer temperatures and a quiet beach. The house is just right with patio and everything we needed

February every year!

The two of us did not need a bigger house. It had everything we needed plus it was close to all the places we like to go. The owner was helpful with the questions we had.

Another Great Stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Other than a couple minor issues we were very comfortable with our stay. Yvonne contacted me to address the concerns promptly. The beds are very comfortable. There is a viranda to relax enjoy the warm Florida weather with a fenced in private backyard. The location is very close to several parks, beaches, restaurants and places to shop. The historic Sponge Docks are less than 3 miles away. We enjoyed many activities such as biking on The Pinellas Bike Trail, kayaking in Tarpon Springs Bayou and in Anclote River and nature walks in many of preserves. We plan on staying here again.

i loved the decor and layout of home .it was a little cool with no furnace but they provided us with a new heater promptly. as a suggestion for the home to change the only thing would be replace carpet in bedrooms and i believe the refrigerator is on its way out as it makes lot of noises .would definately come back to stay again in the home.
