The living area comprises a lounge, a dining room open to the outdoors and a kitchen with soft, natural colors.
Upstairs is the sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms. The master suite with a kingsize bed (2 simple bed) has a bathroom with bath and shower, and two double bedrooms share a large shower room. Each of the bedrooms will give you a bright wake-up call with a view of the surrounding countryside.
Outside, a terrace area with swimming pool, dining table or garden furniture, share convivial moments and build your vacation memories.

The villa is equipped with fiber.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Les Bourdaines beach and Seignosse golf course. 5 minutes from local shops.
