Enjoy this updated, costal Paradise! Beautiful sunsets by the pool or down by the water dockside. Just a few minutes away from the closest beach and even closer to many culinary treats. Most amenities your vacation heart might need Are waiting for you in this dreamy get away.
This home offers three oversize bedrooms and three full baths. There is a xtra large jetted tub in the master. The updated kitchen boasts a beautiful island with dining area that leads to a massive lanai overlooking a heated pool and spa. You can also relax by a fire down by the water in two separate areas. The 20 ft fishing boat is available for rent at rates that beat any local rental agency. If fishing is your thing there are many guide services that will pick you up right from the dock Or you can fish directly from the dock as the canal is full of snapper, sheepshead, drum and many other varieties of ocean fish. Dolphins are often seen Porpoising past the dock and even an occasional Manatee! There are two kayaks available for your use as well as bicycles for any excursion you may want to take. This place is absolutely amazing! The pool,jacuzzi, kayaks and even a boat to use at a very affordable price. Adam is a fantastic host!

Was a wonderful stay.

Loved seeing the dolphins. Excellent fishing. Even got to see a manatee. Loved the pool. Was the best. The kids loved fishing catching lizards and swimming. Was even close to beaches where we got lots of wonderful shells. Will definitely be coming back thank you for having us.

Family Vacation

My family had a great time in Cape Coral. The house was very nice. The home is very family friendly and we spent a lot of time at the pool. The fireworks New Years Eve was awesome.
