Welcome to the seaside resort of Bansin on the island of Usedom. Our Villa Greta and the holiday house in Seestraße in Bansin have 4 modern apartments newly renovated in 2016 in the back house (3 of them for 2 persons and one for 4 persons) and in the front building, a small villa from the 1930s 2 apartments for 4 people each, which were renovated in the 90's. Each apartment has a car parking space available. A public car park is also located close to the accommodation. The beach is only 800m and shopping possibilities are only 50 meters away.

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte unkompliziert und problemlos. Am Haus angekommen gibt es einen schönen großen Parkplatz. Die Ferienwohnung sieht sehr einladend, neu und sauber aus. Leider haben wir erst gegen Ende gesehen dass es hinter dem Haus eine Wäschespinne gibt. Deswegen hätte man sich einen kleinen Wäscheständer gewünscht um auch bei schlechten Wetter die Badesachen trocknen zu können. Das einzige was nicht so schön war, sind die Flecken an der Wand am Bett und dass die Bettdecken und Kissen ohne Bezüge etwas fleckig waren. Aber im ganzen eine wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in die wir gern nochmal wiederkommen.

Kleines Appartement mit Luft nach oben. Kleine Macken an den Wänden sollten ausgebessert werden. Nur 1 Handtuch und 1 Duschtuch für eine Woche zuwenig.kein Rauchmelder.Küche etwas sparsam eingerichtet, eben nur für 2 Personen. Bad neu und sehr schön, Umgebung hinter einer alten Villa, ruhige Lage
