At a campsite you spend all day outside and in the nature. Discover the nature in the area by bike or take a walk. The landscape is flat and the distances between lights are short. Multiple walking and cycling routes can be started directly from the campsite. Follow the castle route or cycle the Flamingo route and discover the flamingos. You can follow the signs, or you can make your own tour. The nature reserve of Hohe Mark, in which the campsite is located, offers a wide variety of trips.

During school holidays there is a variety of activities at campite Borken am see. Such as minidisco, sport and games. And offcourse a photo and Hug of Borky the bear as a souvenir. You can find the animationprogram in the restaurant.

Auf der einzigartigen Flamingo Fahrrad Route kommen Sie entlang der nördlichsten Flamingo Kolonie Europas. In dieser Region finden Sie auch noch old Schlösser und Burgen. Das Gebiet umfasst ca. 1,040 km2 , von denen 70% aus Waldgebiet bestehen. Der Fluss die Lippe strömt durich die Landschaft. Gelegenheit für eine Kanutour.
