Whether you're rather farnient, sport or discovery, everything is at hand.With an area of 36 m2, it offers a welcoming and functional interior for 4 people. The room has a comfortable double bed (140 cm), and the small separate cabin offers two bunk single beds (90 cm), not suitable for children under 6 years of age (Article 6 of Decree No. 95-949 of 25 August 1995).The living room, air-conditioned and bathed in light, opens onto a pleasant terrace on the ground floor, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning, a lunch in the shade or a dinner under the stars. On the equipment side you will find a TV, internet connection and everything you need to feel at home.The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare good dishes between two sunbathings: oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker and all the kitchen utensils are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine, and the toilet is separated.Please note that the end of stay cleaning, linen and towels are not included in the price. However if you wish, we invite you to contact us to add these services. Access to collective parking will allow you to park your car in the residence. As far as the swimming pool is concerned, it will be open subject to sanitary conditions. The Agency is relieved of all responsibilities in the event of a decision by the resident trustee or competent authorities to close the basins.
