Good clean place to sleep

Was very clean and basic……worked well as a place for 3 adults ( 1 a senior) and 2 kiddies under age 5 to sleep. A couple of things to note, however. There are a few steps in the main living space that were a bit of a hazard for the 2 year old and the senior. Also, there is no window covering in the main part of the house which looks out to the street, thus absolutely no privacy at night.

Cute and fun place to stay

We needed a place to stay as we extended our spring trip to get away with friends. The house was clean, organized, and comfortable. The homeowner was very responsive and helpful

Perfect home base for a golf trip!

This was the perfect home base for our week long golf trip. Fountain Hills is a safe, quiet and centrally located community. The grocery store is 2 mins away on the same street, which was very convenient. Everything from checkin to checkout was easy and seamless, Joyce is a fantastic host. Highly recommended.

Exactly as expected

We chose this property to be close to the Fountain Hills Center for a Festival of the Arts. It was extremely convenient with a great location and off street parking. It was roomy and comfortable - we had everything we needed. Great place!

Great place

Joyce was quick to respond to my questions and to my unforeseen circumstances, she worked with me and was always pleasant. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, the place was very inviting and cute! The area is beautiful, lots of hikes and parks close by. We loved playing tennis and hiking! It was nice to come back to our place and relax.
