About this property

The apartment is located right on the Los Gigantes marina. It is in the first row of the complex and you have a direct view of the sea and the mountains. The property is 5 minutes' walk from the beach.

The furnished apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The property is perfect for couples (including children). There is a bedroom with a large double bed and a pull-out couch in the living room. In addition, there is a new 43 inch flat screen TV with cable signal in the living room and which has a Smart TV function. So if you have a Netflix or Amazon Prime account, you are welcome to use it here. Free WiFi is also available in all rooms and on the balcony.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities and an oven. The fridge is very spacious and there is also a fridge.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and a washing machine with clothes horse.
The balcony is large and right on the sea front. It offers a wonderful view of the harbor and the huge rocks which are also called "Los Gigantes".

This apartment is ideal for long-term tenants but also a good choice for short vacationers.

After a great time on the nearby beach, you can end the day on the large balcony and enjoy the sunset at the harbor.
There is also a swimming pool nearby (2 minutes on foot). This can be used at an additional cost. (€ 5 per day / per person or € 31 per day / per person)

All local shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
Benefit from the convenient location of the complex to start many activities. (Whale or dolphin watching, diving, water sports, sailing and more.)
The region is part of the Tenor nature reserve, which is ideal for hiking.

Séjour agréable

Manque hélas un contact physique à la remise des clés. Certains petits détails sont gênant, surtout la robinetterie ( pas en bon état. bouchée au calcaire et pendante)

location very good but property in need of refurbishment

Property not very well cared for, ie pillowcases not even ironed, missing or not replaced lightbulbs

Great location

The property was very basic and had very little information but in a great location. We had a good holiday. I don't usually complain but this property was advertised with wifi at the property there was none. We asked at the reception and they don't give a pass code for our apartment. Wifi was high on our requirements as was parking which you say it has. There is some street parking in the town but very busy. The was also no TV signal which was not so crucial but advertised. No sign of a pool advertised but not important to us. You cannot advertise a property's falsely in this way. I look forward to hearing what you will do about this.
