The incredible living room features plush furnishings, stone accented fireplace, flat screen TV and a stunning cathedral ceiling overhead. Located next to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare, cook and serve your favorite homemade dishes for everyone to enjoy while staying in the Beavers Bend. Right next to the kitchen is the dining table that comfortably seats up to six guests.Bear Pine Retreat offers totally relaxing and comfortable king and queen bedrooms on the main level with access to the full bath. Take a walk upstairs and you’ll enter the open loft game room. Here you’ll have a blast challenging all of your friends and family to a fun-filled game of pool or just sitting back and observing all of the action. Upstairs you will also find a restful and serene queen bed with a full bath. You’ll definitely catch up on some much needed R&R while staying at Bear Pine Retreat. Step outside onto the large covered deck and enjoy lunch or step into the warm and toasty hot tub for a wonderfully relaxing experience. Grill a steak or juicy burger on the propane grill. Great for the price

The cabin is above average but there is some road noise since it's just off the highway. Not exactly within walking distance of the lake which was noted in the stay details but a short drive.

Nice Getaway

We enjoyed our stay. This was a mother son getaway with my teenager. The cabin is on a small plot of land very close to Beaver’s Bend State Park to hike and go fishing. It was a short drive to the park and area attractions. We enjoyed the pool table, firepit, and hot tub in the evenings. There were a few games we played too. We appreciated some the small details that made us feel like our home away from home, like towels for the hot tub and a coffee filter/coffee to get us started. It was a fun time and we liked the property.

Family weekend

This weekend was all about the family. It was nice doing the tourist things in town during the day and coming back to relaxing, playing pool and watching the kiddos play in the hot tub.
