About this property

Peace To You is not just any beach house. Built on a dune about 100 yards from the shore, it has superb views and great access to the white sand beaches of Fort Morgan, Alabama. Enjoy gulf breezes, pelican fly-bys and sounds of the surf from the outdoor seating. Our home has been thoughtfully re-designed and re-built to provide a relaxing family vacation, sleeping up to 14 guests.

Peace To You offers 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a very spacious great room with open concept kitchen/dining/living area. Indoor and outdoor gathering places abound to accommodate various family interests.

Though we know pets are important, pets are not allowed indoors or outdoors.

Easy enjoyment, love for entertaining and community-building are the hallmarks resulting from Carol Ann's years of hosting and John's heritage as the great-grandson of an English inn-keeper.

Paradise!

I'm incredibly late in posting my review but we love this place so much we are headed back soon! It is the most beautifully decorated, cozy, well stocked rental we've ever stayed at. I'm picky and we have stayed in many :) Tons of room, everything we needed, great location in a great neighborhood, very comfortable and not far from the city.. but far enough that it's so peaceful. The beach is perfect, white sand, clear water, plenty of room for a big group to enjoy. I highly recommend this amazing home! ❤️🏖️

Friends-cation

We had a great time! 8 adults and 9 kids! Rooms worked out great, one bed was not so comfortable but we managed 😀. Only negative thing we'd have to say is not enough bathroom towels 😪 but we used our beach towels and beach access was kinda a mess. The map that was left we used but the ppl staying where we were told to cross were not so nice and made us find another way. We made friends with some others in our neighborhood and they allowed us to pass through them. Over all a good time was had by all! We'd definitely pick this place again to stay

Family time at the Beach

This is a nice house in a great location. It had plenty of room for our family - there were 11 of us. It was my wife and I, our sons and their wives and then five grandchildren ages from 5 up to 12. We were 100 yards from the beach and could see our family when they were there (for those of us who had to stay at the house and work some). We would stay here again but we would suggest some changes. The mattress in the first-floor bedroom (which is where my wife and I slept) should be taken out and burned - it was most uncomfortable. Otherwise, the house was very livable. Some of the furnishings are worn and could stand to be replaced but the only other major problem were the ants. I realize that's a common problem in a beach location - but they were a real problem in the kitchen and the first-floor bathroom and other areas. I couldn't give the property 5 stars because of that mattress and the ants - but we would still be willing to come back (but I would not be sleeping on that mattress!) The beach is very kid-friendly, no rip tides to be concerned about and even though we were there the week of July 4th, it was never too crowded.

Christmas Vacation 2022

Great house. Had a blast. Only thing there were no sleeper sofas or futon in the great room. We brought a blow up matress but one person had to sleep on the couch. Overall beautiful beach house.
