This community has nice rolling hills where the ocean is view from many parts or the city with plenty of trees. You can walk to public transportation and to many restaurants and shops.

This is a very safe complex and community. The unit is privately located, great views, and plenty of parking on the street out front and inside the parking lot. There's laundry units right down stairs next to the pool and hot tub. This a personal will be some personals left etc.You will share closet space in bedroom. This unit has plenty of windows and sun light.
