Your single-story getaway is outfitted with stylish Tommy Bahama furniture throughout and features prime indoor/outdoor entertaining space including a fenced backyard, lanai, and covered front porch.

Within walking distance to downtown and just a short drive to the white sand beaches of the Gulf coast.

LIVING AREA

Unwind on two sofas in the living room with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan, and entertainment center with a 52' smart TV, Blu-ray player, DVDs, books, games, cards, and toys.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef of the group will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and custom oak cabinets with under cabinet lighting. Added features include a pass-through window to the lanai.

BED & BATH

Rest comfortably in the master bedroom with a queen bed, ceiling fan, and wardrobe that holds a 42' TV. A window overlooks Jasmine bushes and afternoon sun peeks through wood blinds. The en-suite bath is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

A nautical-inspired second bedroom contains a full bed and ceiling fan.

The third bedroom doubles as an office and has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. Enjoy a desk, printer, speakers, keyboard, mouse, and a 32' TV that can be used as a computer monitor.

The second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA

French doors open to the lanai complete with seating for three, a two-person bar, ceiling fan, and bamboo shades for added privacy as well as sun control.

The fenced backyard is surrounded by tropical landscape and offers ultimate privacy. Fire up the grill and dine alfresco at the shaded six-person table. Lounge chairs provide seating for two.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Kid-friendly extra include a booster seat, Pack ‘n’ Play, and children’s books.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Double gates will accommodate parking for a small boat or motorhome. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided.

LOCATION

Enjoy beach hopping along the barrier islands of Anna Maria, Longboat, Lido, and Bird Keys. Launch a boat at Warner's Bayou a couple minutes away or at Regatta Point Marina directly across the river.

Stroll along the Manatee River and enjoy the sunset, city skyline, and historic stone cottages. Head a mile to Lewis Park and meander through southern oak shade trees with playgrounds and botanical gardens.

Walk to Old Town and explore historic Main Street with dining, shopping, a farmer's market, marina, Riverwalk Park, aquarium, planetarium, and outdoor concerts. Walk to the Pittsburgh Pirates spring training ballpark or enjoy a summer Marauders game.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
