Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful condo!

The condo was very clean and incredibly spacious! Proximity to the beach was great! We definitely recommend and would stay here again! No complaints!!

Heater broken, freezing inside, nobody came to fix it

Heater was broken, under 50 degrees inside. I was told 3 times someone would come to fix it, nobody came. Zero communication.

OC car show week

We loved the fact that our family could all sit in living room, table and balcony. Nice furniture. Bedrooms very nice. Loved three full baths. We were very comfortable with 7 people.

Dirty

The closet doors were off the track in one bedroom. There was a dead mouse on the kitchen floor in front of the oven. The inside of the oven was dirty and not clean. The carpet in the living room had a big white stain like it was bleached we stay there last year place was great. Don’t know what happened this year, it needs a lot of improvement. Very disappointed.
