Spend your mornings soaking up some rays take quick trip to the many beaches. End your evenings on a high note with a meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen before kicking back in the sunroom.

33 miles to Pensacola Beach or 44 Flora Bama at Perdido Key.
17 miles to a walmart and shopping.24 miles to NAS Pensacola. Be Close but still out of the Tourist hassle.

There is plenty of parking park 4 on front drive or more at back drive. Room for your boat.

5 miles to Publix and shopping. Helicopter's fly over during business hours. Close to NAS Pensacola. Neighborhood peaceful.

There are no over night guest unless on the listing. There are helicopters flying over week days during business hours. NAS training.
Must get approval for all pets before book. Pet fee $75 $250 pet deposit to be paid before check in . No smoking here $250 for smoking inside .

Very relaxing and spacious

Overall, I enjoyed staying at this house. The living room is large with tons of seating. All of the bedrooms are fully furnished and the house was very recently painted. This house is exactly as described and pictured. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The internet is a Verizon hotspot, but the speed supported all of the smart TVs. There is a datacap and once you reach it the internet slows down to the point it can't be used.

Excellent property

Exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, and overall very comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. Washer and dryer. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. Very happy with this house.

Great House to Gather

The house has a large common area that is perfect for family gatherings. Beds were very comfortable. The bandwidth of the internet (hotspot) worked but level your expectations as there is room for improvement. However considering the location of the house (in the country) this may be all that is available. The kitchen is great for preparing meals, but an upgrade on cookware should happen sooner rather than later. Overall, worth every penny!
