Müsste mal erneuert werden

Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick genau, wie auf den Bildern, doch leider ist vieles sehr verlebt und sollte mal ausgetauscht werden. Fenster schließen z.T. nicht, Möbel sind verlebt oder haben durch die kaputten Fenster Wasserflecken, Fernseher ging nicht, Kaffeemaschine ging nicht, Geschirr ist zusammengemixt und unvollständig... Der Hof wirkte im Herbst etwas unaufgeräumt und im Eingangsbereich hat es permanent nach Marihuana oder ähnlichem gerochen. Wir können uns vielen anderen Meiningen nicht anschließen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war aber sehr nett und sie hätte sich sicher auch um das ein oder andere sofort gekümmert, wenn wir es frühzeitig erwähnt hätten - z.b. den Fernseher.

Ferienwohnung mit Mängeln

Leider hat es in der Wohnung zu Beginn gestunken, bis das dann durch Lüften besser wurde. Die Wohnung war leider nicht sehr gepflegt und etwas schmutzig, z. B. Sofa nicht einladend darauf zu sitzen wegen großenm Fleck. Fensterrahmen und Rollo waren zum Teil kaputt und wetterbedingt sehr abgenutzt und unansehnlich. Bei einer Nachttischleuchte hat die Glühbirne gefehlt und für die andere gab es keine Steckdose. Ein Badhantuch und das Küchenhandtuch waren alt und sahen schmutzig aus.
