Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Like the other villas, the floor plan is good, pricing is okay. However, there is evidence of water damage and also, even after a repair person came to fix it, one of the lights didn't work in the bathroom. Also, there was no washer and dryer available in this unit..I have paid less for more. It wasn't terrible but it could have been better.

Loved it

It was for mine and my sisters birthday. We enjoyed everything about the place. The only thing, I wished was we could have had a shorter walk to the beach. And that it didn’t rain the whole time we were there .
