Level -1 : 1 Bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190 and 1 folding bed for 1 additional person (90x190). Shower room with toilet. Communal parking nearby Pedestrian access to the gîte Sheets and household linen provided free of charge. EDF cold season (0.10 E/KWH). Tourist tax extra. Located in the same house as the owner, this beautiful, tastefully furnished gîte is built on a slope, hence level -1. Roure is a village rich in natural (Arboretum) and cultural heritage (Chapels, wash houses, communal oven, cable machinery which linked Roure to St Sauveur). Beautiful inn in the village, with a superb view of the Tinée valley. Communal parking. Tranquility assured.
