The Space:
From the moment you arrive, the stunning beauty of nature welcomes you into this elegant and intimate space nestled among the trees. With a stunning interior design and incredible views, this cozy, one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment features a lovely open-concept living/kitchen/dining area, luxurious furnishings, ample storage space, and endless opportunities for relaxation.
The living area invites you to kick back and unwind with a comfortable, plush sofa and two, matching armchairs. When you’re ready to turn in for the evening, the sofa doubles as a full-size pull-out bed.
Nearby, the charming kitchen area features sleek appliances, a walk-in pantry, plenty of cabinet space, and two dining spaces with seating for two at the bar and two more at the dining table. A large kitchen window brings the outdoors in with its natural light and views. Two large hall closets make it easy to stay organized with ample room to tuck in your outdoor gear or latest shopping purchases.
Downstairs, a restful retreat awaits in the spacious bedroom featuring a plush king-size bed, elegant furnishings, lots of light, and a cozy corner chair where you can cuddle up and unwind before tucking in for the night. A full-size bathroom with a large sink/vanity and shower/tub combo and a washer/dryer located within steps of the bedroom makes it easy to wash up before tucking in.
While this charming space is its own, private apartment, guests should note that it is locked off from another home. There are no shared spaces, but there may be other guests on the premises during your stay.
The apartment's entrance is down a beautiful paved path and tucked among the trees. You will find it a peaceful home away from home that spares no detail when it comes to comfort and charm, making it easy to recharge before your next adventure.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole apartment as well as a detached garage with one space available, with additional parking for one in the driveway. Please limit your time in and use of the garage to parking in the one space on the far right.
The apartment is a lock-off from a larger home, so while there are no shared spaces you may see other guests on the premises.
Other than the pathway to the home's entrance, the exterior areas of the home are not for guest use.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Lower Deer Valley, this charming home manages to feel private and secluded while still placing you within minutes of Deer Valley Resort's Carpenter Express chair lift and Park City's Main Street, where myriad dining, shopping and entertainment options await. The nearby Woodchip and Solamere Loop Trails make it easy to set off and explore the breathtaking views that are in abundance here.
Getting Around:
With easy access to the valley below, you are a short drive from world-class outdoors at both Deer Valley and Park City Mountain Resorts. Park City's Main Street, home to the historic Egyptian Theater, art galleries and many dining and shopping options, is less than 10 minutes from your door. The Solamere Stop where Solamere meets Deer Valley Drive is the closest stop to catch a Park City Transit bus. Park City Transit buses are free and connect to multiple routes throughout the Park City area.
Other Things to Note:
The entrance to this home is located down a paved pathway with several stairs that are found to the right of the driveway. Other than the pathway to the home's entrance, the exterior areas of the home are not for guest use.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
