My husband and I bought this property in November 2019, we moved to Nosara in 2021 and have enjoyed hosting guests at Casas Kismet.

Why they chose this property

Casas Kismet is a private complex in the hills of Playa Pelada just past Hotel Lagarta Lodge. The property consists of three buildings and 7 individual units to rent.

The Karma Penthouse unit sleeps 6 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom #1: King Bed (may be divided to 2 twin beds), Private ensuite bath
Bedroom #2: Queen Bed with shared ensuite bath
Bedroom #3: Full Bed

Equipped with full kitchen including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, cookware, plates, glasses, and silverware. Large indoor and outdoor living space along with central AC and reliable WiFi in all areas of the property.

Enjoy listening to the sounds of the jungle and ocean on your private patio over looking the Pacific Ocean with stunning views. The patio has four hammock swing chairs, and a six person outdoor table. This luxurious 3 bedroom suite has some of the best views in the area with proximity to the beach. You will also enjoy a nice breeze as we sit on top of the hill.

What makes this property unique

We have a large kidney shaped pool that is shared among other guests staying on site. We are one of the only properties in the area with a gym and padded gym floor, which is perfect for martial arts. We have a yoga mats, blocks, straps, meditation cushions and bolsters. Guests have access to these areas and can enjoy working out on site and doing their own personal yoga practice.
