Very nice, but has a very loud water heater

My only complaint is the water heater that will kick on about every hour, and is loud enough that you will have to adjust tv volumes and talk over it for anywhere from 5-15 minutes, even longer if someone has showered. That being said, the apartment is beautiful, it’s right in downtown, and has everything you could ask for. The balcony is great to wake up and have coffee on in the morning and a drink in the evening. The building has a doorman at all hour and is very safe and clean
