Newly remodeled A-frame located on 5 acres of space. Create your own adventure: sit in the hot tub with unobstructed views of Mt Eldon by day or a blanket of stars by night. Or enjoy an outdoor meal on the extra large deck, complete with grill and table seating for 8, back deck with seating for 11, and yard chairs to sit where you want. Let the kids go wild in the woods, making up their own game, building a snow man or sledding on the hill. Enjoy family time playing lawn games like giant jenga, yard dice, corn hole, and ladder toss. Gas fire pit built into a malapais rock to enjoy a fire year round. Relax inside, kids go to the basement play area with ping pong table, extra large connect 4 game and game table. The adult play area in the living/dining/kitchen has wine glasses, TV and decks. When everyone is ready to sleep, there are 3 giant bedrooms to choose from. Main floor master bedroom with king bed and it's own bathroom; downstairs extra large master with 2 queens and it's own bathroom; and top floor bunk room for the kids with 2 full beds, a twin day bed with twin trundle pop up to make a small king, a twin loft bed, and it's own bathroom. Plenty of space to share and still have privacy from each other, perfect for multi families.
Less than 10 minutes from historic downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl is only 20min away and Williams is 30min. Year round fun with lots of hiking, biking and snow play right outside the door. Lots of flexibility for your vacation

** No UTV/ATV use on the property or in the neighborhood. There are lots of national forest and riding areas nearby if you need a suggestion. Parking your UTV trailer is ok, just don’t ride there.

** Central A/C! 

** This is a residential/agricultural area. The neighbors have horses (who love carrots), goats and dogs. Everyone is on 5 or more acres so you never feel crowded.

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

No smoking on the property.

Great place great time
From the beginning to the end we had a wonderful time. Kids had fun in a well maintained hot tub. Plenty of space for yard games. The host left a bag with fixings for S'mores to use with the propane fed fireplace. Comfy beds and clean presentable cook wear. And the porch/deck was ample. If you need the space this is the place!

The house is in a great location. We loved staying there, but wish the cleaning crew would have done a better job. They could have cleaned the stove and the grill a bit better. Also I will recommend changing the rugs in the master bathroom and curtain shower. We thank you for letting you stay in your home.

Beware of Gas Stove
The property overall was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for family to have their own space. I had rented it for a family gathering to celebrate my daughter's graduation from NAU. As we were cooking out dinner, I went to open the oven which was preheating, and a burst of flames came out of the oven. It singed my hair, my eyebrows and nearly caught my dress on fire. It absolutely scared me and my family who witnessed it all. We had to call the Fire Dept, who said this was the 3rd phone call about that house & the stove! The stove should have been replaced after the first one! Needless to say, it ruined our graduation dinner and I was afraid to use the stove for the rest of the stay. So our groceries pretty much went to waste because all we had was the grill outside and the microwave.

Just perfect!
We booked this property as it was one of the only available to host an event and we wanted to host our sons rehearsal dinner here...let me just say that it exceeded every expectation! The home was beautiful itself, but our event was just perfect. The decorations, tables, benches and games available made the dinner so beautiful and fun for all who attended. The owner was extremely responsive to my questions and helped me along the way. We were truly blessed by this property.

We had a great time, the young adults loved the downstairs. We loved the property, enjoyed tons of outside games & even enough room for a whiffle ball game. Great place, far enough out of town to feel like you’re in the woods, but close enough if you need anything.

Wonderful getaway
This property is even better than it appears on the listing. The house is spacious and well-appointed, and the multiple yards were great for my kids to play outside. The house feels like it’s tucked away in the woods, but is only a few minutes away from gas stations, a grocery stores, restaurants, etc on Highway 89. My husband, two kids, and I had a wonderful time spending our spring break at this home while exploring the Flagstaff area.

Wonderful group destination!
We had a wonderful time! So close to the North Pole Experience, Sledding, great food, and shopping! We never had to leave if we didn’t want; lots of stuff for the kids to do (games, toys), a ping pong table (adults had fun too), a great hot tub, and a snowball fight. We couldn’t have asked for more. If the days had been open we wanted to stay longer! Book!!! You’ll love it!

This was a perfect stay. The house came fully equipped with a ton of awesome outdoor games & the location has a great view of the mountain & at night, you could see a ton of stars! The goats next door are awesome!

Great Experience
This property was absolutely perfect for our group of 7 adults following a Rim2Rim hike at the Grand Canyon! We enjoyed the space and all of the amenities, including grill, hot tub, fire pit and corn hole. Highly recommend for a group looking for open space and great memories. We will be back!

This place was everything we needed
The house was cozy, warm and clean. Bedrooms / bathrooms were immaculate and comfortable. Stocked kitchen. Comphy and clean outdoor furniture. So much to do outside with games, fire pit, hot tub, the decks, and walking around, looking at the view, saying "Wow, this is cool." It rained when we were there, poured actually, which we loved, and it never interfered with the fun. Great local bars down the road. Store / Gas / Anything not far. Beautiful house that gave us forever memories.

Best Hidden Getaway
It’s hidden away but not far from the city and absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well kept and tons of activities for adults and kids. The layout was perfect with kids and adults having their own space within the house. Only 15 min from downtown Flagstaff was perfect to get up North and enjoy peace and quiet but still be close enough to night life. The fire pit and hot tub were our favorite along with the gorgeous deck to enjoy the views. Can’t wait to stay again!!

Perfect location
If you want a great place to stay with a convenient location to Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon this is a great choice. The house is amazing with so many different areas and it was perfect for our family group. There is an area downstairs for kids with a ping pong table, tv and games. There is a nice hot tub for sore muscles after hiking. The kitchen is stocked with great pots and items to use. There are two great outdoor spaces with tables to eat. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. There were so many extras that helped us since we flew in and couldn’t bring items like games or condiments. You felt like it was your home and not just a rental. The outdoor spaces were very relaxing with property next door with horses and baby goats to watch while outside. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely go back.
