Our house is located in Pilar de la Horadada in the district of Pinar de Campoverde, south of v. Alicante on the Costa Blanca, near the golf courses Lo Romero u. The Mar Menor Sea / Murcia near the tourist town of Torrevieja with its countless shopping and entertainment venues. The holiday home has two independent community pools with garden u. Sunbeds.(within walking distance)
You will stay in a fully furnished holiday home with a living room and a kitchen. an open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a separate guest toilet.
The two upstairs bedrooms can be reached by an enclosed stairway from the living room. Before the house you have a free sunlounger area / terrace / garden u. In the rear living area is a patio which is not visible.
The holiday home is fully equipped with air conditioning and all comforts to make you feel at ease. The famous golf courses Lo Romero is about 5 minutes by car to reach .The distance to various shops, bars, restaurants, pubs and grocery store is about 500 meters.
By car you need only a few minutes to the clean, white sandy beach of Torre de la Horadada. (9 km)
The distance to the airport San Javier is about 25 Km and to the airfield Alicante is about 60 Km. The Mar Menor Sea serves its pleasant warm water temperatures. The region is ideal for vacation throughout the year.
Special features:
Pinar de Campoverde is inhabited by Spanish, English and German preferred and is ideal for golfers due to its proximity to the golf courses. The salt flats / lagoons of San Pedro del Pinatar offer a particularly microclimate which is particularly recommended allergies and asthma. Especially mud bathing in the Mar Menor Sea is recommended, which has been proven to relieve joint pain.
The nearby airports of Alicante and Murcia are also frequented by many low cost airlines, such as. B. Ryanair or Norway Air was very reasonably priced from Germany or other European countries. Also cheap in Spain are the rental cars. I speak German.
