This cosy one bedroom apartment is the perfect place to make your base for your upcoming Dubai stay. Furnished in earthy tones with colourful accents brought through in the carefully selected artworks, you will love coming home to here at the end of your busy day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to make your daily meals at home which you can then enjoy on your dining table. The living area has a plush sofa where you can relax upon whilst watching the big screen TV. There is a large window in the living space creating a light and warm atmosphere. In the bedroom you will find a comfortable bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft you may struggle getting up in the morning. The bedroom opens up onto a balcony where you can sip your morning coffee admiring the high rise buildings while planning your days adventure. There is ample wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom where you will find Key Views signature fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities.
The building is features a swimming pool, gymnasium. Please note, there is no parking available on site but parking around the building at a fee.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
