The living area includes a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, extractor hood, ceramic hob, microwave, and coffee makers. A dining table allows for shared meals in a welcoming space. The living room is furnished with a Rapido sofa, which easily converts into a bed for two.
Outside, there's a pleasant terrace with garden furniture** and an electric grill.
Upstairs, you'll find two bedrooms. The first is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, while the second, slightly sloping, has two 90 cm single beds and a storage closet. The upper floor is air-conditioned.
