About this property

Toyhauler trailer rental at Carsner Tree Farm (CTF)

This is camping in our personal 30ft RV on 8 private acres on a family farm retreat area. From 8 am to 9 pm, campers have use of the heated barn common area with a full kitchen, toilets, laundry facilities, and shower. Guests are welcome to fresh eggs from the coop. There is a private picnic table with umbrella and a group fire pit with firewood provided. There are many games to play inside or we have a basketball hoop, frisbee's, and other outside games. We have bee hives. We have over 800 planted Christmas trees. We have grid tie solar that will provides 125% of our yearly power needs. We are only allowing a 30 day maximum stay.
We are 12 miles or 15 minutes off Interstate 5. We charge EV vehicles.

Oregon State Graduation Weekend

Great place to stay! Beautiful property. Michael was very helpful and responsive. We didn't spend a lot of time there due to graduation events but an evening with popcorn and a movie with the big screen TV was so much better than a hotel. I want to come again when we can stay a little longer.

The facility and location are excellent. Quiet beautiful outdoor location. The hosts are outstanding. They went out of their way to make our stay excellent. They worked with us to resolve some problems with out schedule and it was very helpful. Recommend this location and host to all!!!!

We somehow ended up with this tree farm. We built a campground on the property and offer it to guests when its not being utilized by family and friends. We have over 800 Christmas trees planted. Veteran owned.
