The hosts and historic property were amazing! We will definitely stay here again.
The house had everything we could've asked for, and Becky and Gary were friendly and welcoming!
The property was beautiful:)
We enjoyed looking out the windows and seeing the beautiful landscape. House is most comfortable. For guests who have experience riding horses, horse riding is available. My wife enjoyed multiple horse rides around the property.
This was a fantastic vrbo. The bunkhouse, decor and site were as advertised. 10 miles from Fayetteville, but a calmer life apart. We will be back.

Exceptional property. Doesn’t disappoint.
A little slice of heaven in Wesley AR! Spectacular home with all the amenities. Beautiful property and such welcoming owners. Short drive to campus. Hope to visit again!
I cannot say enough about our weekend here. We LOVED it. The home was just beautiful. We enjoyed the setting, waking up to a view of flowers and horses in a pasture was awesome. Becky & Gary are lovely people, we enjoyed the stories they shared with us. We cannot wait to visit again.
We have stayed here twice and definitely will again! The house is so nice, comfortable, and has everything you might need! The hosts are engaging and feel like family! It is not a bad drive to Uark, especially after making the drive a couple of times. I highly recommend this gem!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home! Gary & Becky are exceedingly kind and hospitable. The home is beautiful and well-kept. The property was a perfect place for our children to have space to run and play and they loved to watch the horses in the pastures. We would fully recommend this home and look forward to another stay in the future!
This is a stunning, spacious guesthouse. Every detail is artful and high-end. The panoramic hilltop view out the kitchen windows is like something from a movie! The hosts are delightful. It’s a perfect country escape!
If you like the country, you'll like this rental. Very friendly hosts and great views of the countryside. It is everything the description says it is. The hosts' home is on the same property but it really wasn't an issue and it provided an opportunity to get to know them and talk especially about the beautiful gardens. Highly recommend.
Lovely home and property. Every detail seen to. Becky and Gary are so nice. The house is perfect for us. It is move in ready! Perfect for a small family, a couple or you and a few pals. Even the porch is ready for leisurely hanging out or the two beds make it nice for tweens/teens. I can’t wait to go back and stay for a longer visit! Don’t forget to get a push or two in the tree swing!
I can't say enough good things! I just wish that we had more time here. Our family of four fully enjoyed our stay, especially the wonderful hospitality shown by Becky and Gary. We loved the peace and quiet, just sitting in the garden watching the horses as well as hiking on the property. The guest house is great and very quiet at night. The kids enjoyed sleeping on the porch. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone that enjoys nature and wishes to have a quiet retreat.
This was such a nice place, we were overwhelmed with how nice it was. A 2nd home on the site of a working horse farm, the place was clean, modern, quiet... definitely a relaxing experience away from the fast-paced. Really close to convenience shopping, not a bad commute into Fayetteville, not even an hour south of Eureka Springs... it was a well-placed location for us to stay, and had everything we needed to cook and serve great meals (the table seats 8!). Anytime I'm even remotely near the area I'll check to see if this place is available again, no question.
I can not say enough good things about this house and the hosts. Gary and Becky made our stay one to remember. They will go way beyond your wildest dreams to make your stay perfect. They helped to make our fathers 80th Birthday party a huge success.
Their home is clean and supplied with everything you need for a stay away from home. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Becky and Gary for a wonderful time.
We found this sweet little hidden gem to be beyond beautiful and owned (loved) by the sweetest couple. We really didn’t want to leave. Very comfortable beds, linens, furnishings - if you could have a dream cottage in the beautiful Ozark mountains this would be it. This property is a rare find; Becky and Gary are the best! Please, if you go, take care of this home better than you would your own and be super kind to the Chaney’s!

My family traveled to Fayetteville to celebrate my Mothers Birthday and Mother’s Day and arrived very late Friday night. Upon awakening I could not believe how gorgeous this setting is. Views for miles on one direction and beautiful flower gardens, fountains, and winding paths around our cottage and the main house with horses grazing in the pasture were straight out of a travel magazine. Our cottage was beautifully appointed I would have enjoyed staying for a week instead of a short weekend. Highly recommend. Becky and Gary are gracious Hosts!
This guest house was the nicest place to stay, and we didn't even want to leave. To top it off, the hosts Becky and Gary treated us like family. The house was decorated beautifully and everything was extremely comfortable. Every single item in the house was high end and plush from the sheets to the towels. They thought of everything! We were there during the winter, so I can't imagine how lovely it would be to see the gardens during the spring. The views from their yard are incredible! Our girls loved the swing! When we arrived we were greeted by the horses and then Mrs. Becky! We've been home for a week, and I miss being there! Hope to return one day.
Becky and Gary have a beautiful Country House in Arkansas! There are So many beautiful flowers in the garden! Just a lovely place to spend time with the family! All the flowers attract butterflies and bumble bees and birds! It was fun for my girls to get to use the tree swings and pet and feed the horses! The house is very authentically decorated and comfortable! Also we just love the bathroom too! A great tub and a huge shower! I cannot say enough good things about this property and Its owners! They were very gracious and gave us a tour of their civil war era farmhouse! What a treat! Gary and Becky also made sure we had breakfast available! Thank You for the beautiful relaxing stay! Your property will definitely be on our return-to list!
(I just went back and realized I used all exclamation marks, but they earned it!)
