Welcome to the Maria apartments with a view of the Wallberg on Lake Tegernsee. Book a holiday in the Upper Bavarian Alps.

Our guest house is very quiet, in a sunny location with mountain views, at the end of a cul-de-sac without through traffic and offers 4 cozy apartments with a terrace or balcony to the south. Parking spaces are directly at the house.

Very cozy dining and living rooms with lovingly furnished in Bavarian style and a large garden with a lawn invite you to relax and unwind. Telephone, cable TV and internet are available for you, as well as a covered space for bicycles and a heated storage room for skis and the like.

Enjoy winter with us as part of the Rottach-Egerner winter magic or ask about our winter special 'Sweet doing nothing'.

Mountain railway: A gondola lift goes to our local mountain from Rottach-Egern, the Wallberg. When the weather is clear, a wonderful view awaits you. The panoramic restaurant invites you to eat and linger. Visit the Wallbergkircherl.

Winter sports: The cross-country skis are strapped on and off you go on one of the approx. 100 km of groomed trails in the Tegernsee holiday region. A toboggan run from Wallberg is fun for the whole family; approx. 6.5 km lead down into the valley. It is the longest natural toboggan run in Germany. Every year at the end of January the Tegernsee Valley Montgolfiade takes place, an experience for young and old. Romantic horse-drawn sleigh rides in the snow-covered nature reserve of the Weißachau.

Traumhafte FeWo

Vermieter sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit, liebevoll und fürsorglich. Dadurch hat man sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war wie Urlaub mit Familienanschluss. Für Familien mit Kindern, durch die Lage und das Grundstück, perfekt. Aber auch ohne Kinder, durch die zentrale aber ruhige Lage, perfekt. Supermärkte, Bäcker, Speiselokale sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wohnung liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Außerdem alles sehr sauber. Das Bad ist neu. Ausstattung der Küche super. An Kleinigkeiten wurde gedacht. Diese FeWo immer wieder. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr.

Kurzurlaub am Tegernsee

Wir waren angenehm überascht über die gute,zentralle Lage der Ferienwohnung und eine gemütliche Einrichtung(sonnig durchflutet und funktional).Das Bad ist modern,renoviert und entspricht den neuesten Anforderungen..Die Familie Strohschneider war sehr Gastfreundlich(Begrüßung mit Kuchen,Blumen in der Wohnung)und stand uns mit Rat zur Seite.Wir haben bereits in den Sommerferien ein festen Urlaubstermin gebucht.
