A Taste of Nature

Myself and my friends (14 adult males) had a great time staying here. The place is clean, spacious, and suited for any kind of entertainment you like. We played sports outside, games inside, and enjoyed nature. The barn is clean and where we spent most of the time. The house was nice to sleep in for those that didn't want to stay up late. It is nice for all types of people. We had multiple people say they wanted to bring their families back here in the future. Highly recommend it!

Everything we wanted

My family and I rented this amazing property for the weekend of my daughter’s graduation from Texas A&M. It was PERFECT! It allowed us to all be together and removed us from the hustle and bustle of College Station. The house and barndominium are both amazing, each with their own feel and style. Shannon and Kirk were amazing to work with quickly responding to any question I hade before or during our stay. They even put up a few decorations for our graduate! So thoughtful! If you like what you see in the listing, don’t hesitate to book this amazing vacation rental. You will not regret it!

Greatness

Loved the property! Such a great retreat away from the big City. Lots of great porch seating, grilling and smoking stuff already there, cornhole, fire pit, awesome barn setup for watching March Madness. Nothing but great things to say!

My name is Shannon Smith and I live in Kingwood, Texas. I bought what is now known as Storied Pines Farm in the Fall of 2019 as a place to retire. Quite a few people approached me about renting it so I decided in late 2021 to put this on the short term rental market. It is truly a remarkable piece of property. The main house is comfortable and yet stylish and the newly completed barn is a fun place for watching games and just hanging out. Would love for you to experience what makes this place so special. Why they chose this property

It is beautifully manicured and yet there are still so many little trails and walkways to discover. The house is wonderfully appointed with everything you could need and then some! The red barn has a fun bar with an '80s video arcade game plus bunks and a hot tub on the back deck. 4 + porches with rocking chairs, a sofa to stretch out plus hammocks and porch chairs. Tons of wildlife call SPF home including deer, owls, robins and hawks. There is definitely something for everyone!
