Forget your worries in this spacious and serene spot. Our 3 bedroom waterfront unit will give you a home away from home experience. Enjoy coffee on the back deck and watch the sunrise. So many beautiful memories can be made here. Rent our dock space and have your boat in the yard!

The Space:
This home is a duplex with two units (Unit N and Unit S). This listing is for Unit S which is a 3 bedroom and 2 bath. Each unit has their own apartment and 2 free parking spaces. Each unit also has their own side of the yard with outdoor furniture; however the dock is a shared space.

If you are interested in renting the entire home (Unit S 3bed/2bath and Unit N 2bed/2bath) please message host to see if both units are available at the same time for needed dates.

Our unit provides our guests with many amenities including linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys for kids, private washer/dryer, waterfront views, designated work space, TV with complimentary Netflix, outdoor charcoal grill, and a fully equipped kitchen. We also provide a few starter items for our guests such as 2 small individual coffee packets and filters, small shampoo/conditioner, soap, a new sponge, garbage bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper.

Quiet family oriented waterfront community.

Getting Around:
A rental car is recommended for getting around as there are so many amazing things to do in South Florida; however there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in the area as well.

Other Things to Note:
We are about 1 mile from the beach at Lauderdale By the Sea, about 3 miles to the beach in Pompano, and about 7 miles to Fort Lauderdale Beach.

All You Really Need..

Myself and 5 other friends enjoyed a great weekend in lauderdale by the sea. The house provided by Jaclyn is in a great neighborhood close to all amenities and especially the best beach in lauderdale at the end of commercial blvd. The open concept house had two bedrooms rooms with the most comfortable king size beds! Never slept better! Even without a pool, the backyard provided a beautiful view where morning coffees and night caps were thoroughly enjoyed! A great stay!

Family trip

We booked this wonderful home for family trip to take our daughter to college. The home was more than we could have asked for. We loved having coffee every morning on the patio looking out to the canal. The home has everything you need. Management was wonderful and checked with us mid trip to make sure we were happy. We will definitely book this home again when in the area.

Relaxing Lauderdale-by-the Sea Stay on a Canal

Plenty of room for a family of 4 and a teenage friend. Probably could have comfortably fit another kid. Good location if you are OK not being right on the beach. 30 minute walk to the Lauderdale by Sea beach but easy to drive and not as busy or crowded. Super relaxing to get up in the morning and have a cup of coffee outside overlooking the canal. Super-responsive, nice host. Well stocked kitchen and laundry room. 2 parking spaces a bonus. Great stay, especially for the money.

Scuba diving trip

Nice clean place, great neighborhood. Diver friendly in that there was a nice back deck to rinse and dry your gear with the hose.

We fell in love with Fort Lauderdale last year during our 3 month trip there. The beach, the culture, the food, the endless things to do. Our property is less than a mile from the beach and the adorable town of Lauderdale by the Sea.
