Peel Palms is a three bedroom, two bathroom home in a quiet Palm Desert neighborhood. It is also less than one mile from several of our favorite restaurants!

The Living Room:
- Open concept living/dining/kitchen with large windows and sliding doors overlooking the patio and outdoor living spaces
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming and Netflix

The Kitchen:
- Refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and utensils
- Toaster, blender and other cooking gadgets
- Kitchen island with barstool seating
- Keurig coffee maker with complimentary k-cup pods, creamer and sugar.

The Dining Room:
- Dining table with seating for six (additional barstool seating in the kitchen)
- Sliding door leads out to the back patio and bbq for easy grilling!

The Primary Suite:
- King sized bed with comfortable mattress
- Smart tv with access to live tv streaming and Netflix
- Sliding doors lead out to the back patio and pool
- Large closet with hangers
- En-suite bathroom with a glass-enclosed, step-in shower
- Both bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer plus quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash

The Guest Bedrooms
- Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed a large closet with hangers, and a smart tv with access to live tv streaming and Netflix.
- Bedroom 3 has bunk beds (twin-over-twin) and a large closet with hangers and toys.
- All bedrooms are equipped with bedside charging ports to easily charge your devices and a white noise machine for ambient noise.

Guest Bathrooms:
- En-suite bathroom in the Primary Suite
- Full bathroom in the hallway with a shower/tub combo.
- All bathrooms are equipped with bath towels, hand soap, toilet paper and hair dryer plus quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash

The Outdoor Space:
- Private swimming pool can be pre-heated on request (Not needed in the summer months, per diem fee applies, discounted rate for month-long heating. Let us know in advance if you’d like to use the pool heater).

- High-speed (400 mbps) internet and excellent WiFi coverage on the whole property for streaming and high quality video meeting capability

Family Friendly!
Peel Palms is a family-friendly property and is equipped with a high chair, pack & play, kids dinnerware and pool floaties. The bunk room also has a large selection of toys, games and even a tee-pee tent! Please let us know in advance if you will require any of these items so we can be sure that they are available for you.

Pet Friendly!
Peel Palms kindly welcomes your house-trained, well-behaved, small/medium sized dog. Additional deep cleaning fee applies. Inquire for details.

Peel Palms is located on a quiet neighborhood street in Palm Desert. Guests will be less than one mile from several of our favorite restaurants and the El Paseo shopping district (you can also take advantage of the courtesy carts for a ride along El Paseo).

The greater Coachella Valley is best accessed by your own car, but Uber and Lyft are available.
